License

License agreement – all other countries

1.1 Grant.

Malticom Group of Companies grants Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license, as updated or modified from time to time, to view of Avith TV / Avith Tv Network / ATN (“MEDIA”) in order to access and use the digital content in electronic media format accessed therein (“media Content”) that Subscriber has licensed access under separate agreements (“Subscriber’s Library”).
